Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This page explains what data we collect when you use sticko-plast.com or get in touch with us, why we collect it and what you can ask of us. We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia.

Who processes your data

  • Šticko Plast, Masarikova 37, 21211 Kisač, Serbia
  • Tax ID (PIB): 111339405
  • E-mail: [email protected]
  • Phone: +381 64 1284447

Contact and quote forms

When you send a form, we receive what you entered: your name, e-mail, phone number and message, and for a quote request also the product, color and sizes you chose. We use them only to reply, prepare a quote and arrange measuring or installation.

The form sends your message through the EmailJS service to our e-mail address (Gmail). The same applies when you call us, write on Viber or send an e-mail: we use only what you send us, for your request.

Google Analytics

Only if you allow it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read, what device and roughly which city they come from, and how often someone taps the phone, Viber or e-mail links. This data is aggregated and does not tell us who you are.

Google Analytics is provided by Google, and the data may be processed on servers outside Serbia, including the USA. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and it keeps visit data for at most 14 months.

If you don't allow it, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time, through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page or the button below.

Cookies and browser storage

  • cookie-consent and preferences-consent: stored in your browser to remember whether you switched on Statistics and Preferences, so we don't ask again. They stay until you clear them.
  • _ga and _ga_ followed by the site's code: Google Analytics cookies, only if you accepted them. They last up to 2 years.
  • choice: followed by the page address: the product and color you last picked on a product page, so they are still there when you come back. Only if you switched on Preferences.
  • quote-contact and quote-note: what you already typed into the quote form, so you don't have to type it again if you close the page. Only if you switched on Preferences, and they are deleted as soon as you send the request.

This data stays only in your browser and is not sent to us or anyone else. When you switch Preferences off, the saved product, color and form are deleted right away.

The Contact page shows a Google map. It is loaded from Google's servers, so Google sees that you opened the map and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any server, Cloudflare sees technical data such as your IP address and browser type on every visit, and uses it to keep the site running and protected from attacks.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and shows which pages are read without cookies and without following individual visitors. That's why we don't ask permission for it.

How long we keep data

We keep messages and requests as long as we need them to reply and complete the agreed work. If you become our customer, we keep invoice and contract data for as long as accounting regulations require.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Apart from the services named on this page (EmailJS, Google, Cloudflare), we share it only when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to limit its use, to give it to you in a form you can take elsewhere, and you can object to its processing. You can withdraw your permission for analytics at any time. Just write to [email protected].

If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
